Proxmox | PVE重新開機後出現activating LV failed: Activation of logical volume is prohibited while logical volume tmeta is active.

某天PVE重開機後發現有顆硬碟狀態不明，開VM時跳出activating LV 'pve02_data6T01/pve02_data6T01' failed: Activation of logical volume pve02_data6T01/pve02_data6T01 is prohibited while logical volume pve02_data6T01/pve02_data6T01_tmeta is active. (500) 的錯誤訊息，找了一下有簡單的做法可以解決，如下

步驟１:編輯/etc/lvm/lvm.conf

編輯/etc/lvm/lvm.conf，找到thin_check_options的註解，在下方加入thin_check_options = [ "-q", "--skip-mappings" ]，如下所示

        # Configuration option global/thin_check_options.
        # List of options passed to the thin_check command.
        # With thin_check version 2.1 or newer you can add the option
        # --ignore-non-fatal-errors to let it pass through ignorable errors
        # and fix them later. With thin_check version 3.2 or newer you should
        # include the option --clear-needs-check-flag.
        # This configuration option has an automatic default value.
        # thin_check_options = [ "-q", "--clear-needs-check-flag" ]
        thin_check_options = [ "-q", "--skip-mappings" ]

        # Configuration option global/thin_repair_options.
        # List of options passed to the thin_repair command.
        # This configuration option has an automatic default value.
        # thin_repair_options = [ "" ]

步驟2:更新initramfs

執行更新，如下，然後重開機試試看disk是否找回來了。

# update-initramfs -u
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-5.13.19-2-pve
